HOMICIDE TRIALL.—The ease of the Common wealth vs. Edward Mullen and Bernard Lafferty —lndictment manslaughter, alleged to have been committed to driving a coal wagon over the body of James Hays, an old gentleman of Temperane vale, who died from the effects of the injuries he ansmined, was taken up. Bernard Lafferty had never been arrested, so Edward Mullen alone woo on trial. A jury woo empannelhd in the using sol emn form, and thenrisoner, httiing been arraigned, pleaded "net guilty".
