JOHN RYLE'S SPOOL BILK,
Expressly for Sotrtag.
TO avoid the many inconvenience* attending the
a*o cJ the eu«icmsry Skein, the above ajtiele ha*
been rsceh. *n<J for a tong time wanted. It ha* always
been a tnattrrof astonishment, that whilst the common
article of Cotton, was conveniently spooled for gene
ral use—Silt, *o moeh more valnable, should nave
been supplied in Skein*, from which so tnaeh trouble,
vexation, nn.t io<* bn* arisen.
The rlifTtool l y hs* nt lest boon overcome, the public
is off-red a guod article, handsomely pat ap in a con
venient form for demesne use.
The only objection urged against this article is the
apparent small quantity on each spool. This is easily
explained Kaeh Spool is warranted to contain HO
yard* of Silk; while the ordinary Skein, at the tame
price, has fat an uncertain quantity, varying from IS
to lb yard*.
The Spool Silk is rer.dy for ate at the time of pur
chase, and it ooly need* a trial, to eonvinee the most
ateptleal of iit ivrerionty in quality. Independent of
the neat en i ei’tvf nent form in which it is furnished,
it bat great «H»onug*s over the Skein, as it does
away with the tedium of winding, the vexation of
tangling, and the los* of time In preparing it for use.
