Notice, that properials for said loan will be received,
shall he relished In at least one newspaper In the
Borough of Harrisburg, to Me eines, of Pittsburgh,

Writ, Gaston, and Baltimore, for a period not less
than duce ma nth. before the opening amid proposals,
and by letter. elsewhere, If deemed necessary, and
