Ckirrou—For two days after the sailing of the
Niagara, there was a good demand (or Collmal

trade as well as for export, and full prices were
paid for Americus descriptioes.
Since the receipt of the advicea of the Cambria,
mocks have begun to accumulate, and the market
L now almost gluued with flesh imports, which
are offered freely, but prices, if any change were
notable, wen4aUghtly dopes:led. The week's trans.
actions ending yesterday, were 40,320 baler , of
which speculahin took 4470, and exporters 5,060
bales. The imports during the week were very
large --not lam than 125,729 bales, of which 113,462
were American.
*The estimated cotton stock at- Liverpool is put
down at 715,710 bales—of which .311,995 are
American.
Balms Storrs--Both in Liverpool and London
bread Mullein, quiet, but on tho whole, they re
main steady.
lamas Coen—The demand for Indisn'Corn
proved during the past week at some farther ad
vanoe, current prices being from 23a for White to
ads per quarter for Yellow. The latter in now
generally held at a further adiance of rxl per qr.
aboveihe last mentioned rates.
Fuma.—The demand for Flour is moderate,
but steady at 23a to 23a 6d for Western Canal,
Philadelphia and Baltimore. Fine Ohio has been,
sold at 256 per bbl.
Wasay.--The price for American Wheat is 7.1
24 per bushel for White, and 6a to tht ed far Red.
Lan—The character of the market for Lard
has been steady. The week's satin amount to one
hundred and fifty tons at prices a shade or/cep:,

this reduction, and the stack in the hands of impor
