One is to be built north of this city, from Allegheny to a point beyond Perrysville. From the Clevelrind Herald we learn that seve ral Plank Roads are projected in the neighborhood of that city. The work on the Plank Road to Chagrin Falls is progressing. The laborers are grading the hilts between Cleveland and New burgh, to a grade of one foot rise in twenty, which will enable teams to draw very heavy loads. Ten mile, of the road are to be completed next fail.. The proceedings of the people of Twineburgle Ohio, show that they are awake to the importance of a Plank. Road connexion with Cleveland, as to "" as Warren. The Rockport Plank Road Company have oared a considerable portion of the plank for five wiles of the read west of Ohio Coy, which are bring distributed along the tine.
