ANOTHER CVRKPF SCROFLH*A.
The following striking and. a* will be seen, perma

ilself to all similarly afflicted:
SucTiiroßT, Coun., Jan. 1,1845.
Mestfs. Sanst: Gentlemen—Sympathy forthe araic
led induces me to inform you of the remarkable cure
effected by your Sarsaparilla in the case of my
She was severely nfllicted wttb the scrofula on differ
ent part* of the bodv; the glands of the neck were
greatly enlarged and her limbs much swollen. After ,
suffering ovor a year and finding no relief ftom the
remedies used, the disease attacked one leg. and be
low knee suppurated. Her physician advised it
should be laid open, which was done, but without any
permanent benefit In this situation, we heardof, and
were induced to use Sands’ Sarsaparilla. The first
bottle produced a decided and favorable effect, reliev
ing her more than any prescription she had ever la
jsen and before she bad used six bottles, to the uton
ishment ,and delight of hex friends, she found her
health quite restored. It is qpw over ayearsince the
cure was effec ed, and her health remains good, show
ing the disease wastiioroughlr eradicated from the
system. Our neighbor, are all knowing to these
facts, and think very highly of Spds' Sarsaparilla.
Your* with respect, JULIUS IMax.
K.vtract from a letter received from Mr. N. W. Har
ris, a gentleman well known in Louisa county, Va:

N. W. HARRIS.
“Fredericks Hall, Ya., July 17,1648.”
Sahds’ SassspaStULA.—lt seems almost unnecessary
to direct atteulion to tin article so well known, end so
deservedly-popular, as this preparation, but patients
often .who wish lo,ai* the extract of Sarsaparilla, are
induced to try worthless compounds bearing the name,
but contaiding little or none of the virtue of this valu
able root; and we think we cannot confer a greater
benefit on our readers than in directing their attention
to the advertiiieiqenk of the Messrs. Sands in another
column. TheUiotile has recently been enlarged to hold
a uuarl, and those who wish a really good article will
find concentrated in this all the medicinal valoe of the
root. The experience of thousands has proved Its ef
ficacy in curing the various diseases for which Ui*
r< commended; and n't the present time more than any
other, perhaps, is this medicine useful, in preparing the
system for a change of season.—Home Journal, oepu
