30. A. Ireland the rate was Ildol2d.
There wan no change in the Money market--
Loans continued difficult to male on call below 7
per cent, and best name. went at 11:012 per
cent.
Specie was coming in, although leas freely than
some time since; still the receipts were oorisidera
lily in adventce of the exports. Most of the anti.
eels were from the interior, but every immigrant
ship brings considerable amounts. The only es.
ports of consequence were to France, which are
induced by the entire want of confidence in
French affairs. Specie, in this state of things,
goes both ways without regard to the balance of
trade. We know one instance lately where 515'
000 shipped to France, came back In the same
packages to the same party that shipped it.
