After the operation -on her teeth, she seemed to revive for a moment, and was then ‘seized with violent con vulsions, after the cessation of which, she became gradually insensible. Every effort was made to restore her, but in vain. The Cthbinnati Gazette adds.—A post mortem examination of Mrs. Simonds has been made.— We hare! seen none of the profession who were present at! it, hat are advised that it was not a very satisfactory one. The heart, and its large vessels, which areigenerally much distended, were found to have no blood in them; but there were do indi cations, as many supposed, that there had been a sudden or, unusuti rush of blood to ths head.
