with uo change j worth noticing since our last re
port. ! '
Tbeweather was pleasant for out-door business
and sales in a : regulariwny. were quile fair.
Fu>fs —The market is' Heady, but not active.—
Sales at the river on Saturday of some 300 bbls at
$4,8101,57 f bid. Styes are regularly effected
from store at 5,0(505,124 bbL
Buckwheat Flour?— Sales of 20 sacks at SI,G2
to I,GS p 100 ft*. Market dull, with a full supply.
Rye Flour—Some accessions have been mado
to supplies, and: we note further limited sales at
$3,7503,57 F bbL
Cornhral—Supplies are light, find very little is
doing in the.markeL Sales to a limited extent are
effected at 500f12c p bu.
Provisions— The market is without any change,
unless it be a partial decline! Bacon is abundant,
and the market rather dull at present, and sales to
a moderate extent only are effected at the follow,
iag rales; Hams'Glo6l; Sides 4105c,-and Should*
era 3101 c p ft. ! In Lard, the market is quiet, with
regular sales to the tride at s}oGl.
Butter— The [market continues in good supply*
and prices are without change. Sales of 800 Oh
roll at 13018 c, and 20 kegs at 9loJOc.p ft.
Cheese— Further sales of 30 bxs W. R. at Gic p
pound. ;
Ffsti—The market generally is steady, with tales
to the trade at the usual rates, riz: Salmon, $2O;
Mackerel, No'}, 12012,50; No and No 3
7,50 Sales of ilerriug, bbl.
Feather*— Supplies have become quite limited,
and we hear ot no large tales. Prices rule from
33 to 35c & ft, according to quality.

occasion to notice the; splendid specimens of Pius*
burgh steamboat architecture, but never have we
found one which, iaJicauly of model, general taste,
aud stauchness of its instruction, has surpassed,
