change in the markets, everything remaining
about as at last quotations.
| The receipts of Product, daring the past week,
have not been heavy, but the market, generally)
presents no important variation in the prices.
iASHES —The market continues quiet, and we
tice regular sales to the trade at the following
rales: Salcratua, 71} Pearls "71; Pots and Scoroll

- ALE—We have no change to nstice in the
market. Our manufacturers find ready sales for
all they can turn otf at 3729 p bbL
• APPLES—The receipts of the past week have
been' light, but the market seems well supplied
with n good article. Sales of 50 bbl*, in lots, at
1,37(31,50 p bbl, as in quality.
- BUTTEIU—The market is steady but not active.
Then is a fair demand, however, with regular

BUCKWHEAT FLOUB—Very little is coming
in at present, and the market is nearly bare. Lim
ited shies are quoted at 3,7523,87 p bbl
BEESWAX—There is only a limited supply in
the market, with very little demand. It is nominal

BRAN—Supplies continue very light; witli mod
erate sales only from store at 14215 c y bu.
BUCKETS—Wc report Patent Beaver in fair
demand, with no change in the prices. Regular
sales are'effected at y tlox.
BROOMS—SaIes of 30 doz at $l,-1,50 and 1,75
f. dbx, according to quality.
BACON—From the large receipts of bulk meat
recently brought into the market, the stocks of Ba
con are 1 increasing, , though with no apparent
change in price*. Very little is doing, and we con
tinue to quote at the following rates: Hams 0)2$!;
