Cul. Clafk’s Regimen Coming Home.
D;spatohes received in this city annonnee
that the 123 d Regiment, Col. Clark, has been
dliohargcd, end that they left Washington to-
for. Harrisburg. From this It would
appear that the regiment was dismissed on
Thursday, the 7th, exaetly nine months from
the time at which they were mustered lntoithe
. serrlee. If they left Washington to-day they
will be in Harrisburg this evening, where they
may be detained for a short time, as U Is sot
****** that they wpre mastered, out on .the
field. We no doubt be by tile
grapb from Harrisburg as to the time of tieir
arrival here/*.: ;
It had been arranged that, immediately! on
reaehing this city, and-before separating,
they should present to CoL Clark the elegant
watch and fbainwhlohthey ’have ordered for
him, and . w.e presume - this arrangement will
be carried out, to that the mem ean at once
depart for their respective homes throughout
the county.
