Baity and Edward Klerehartz, in dicted for aiding and abetting tho murder of John A. Obey,; The jury then retired, and the Court adjourned to meet at twelvo o'clock, to receive their verdict. Court met at noon, but the jury had not agreed, and an adjourn ment was ordered again until six o'clock in thd evening. The Court 'remained in session until right o'clock when the jury came down and rendered a verdict of viol guilty.
