inmates, preserve order, enforce discipline,
impart instruction in the veneration and

tablish rules for the preservation of health
and their proper physical,inteUeotual, and

and , discharged, or twenty-one years of

trustMs may bind out, with thilr consent,
by indenture, any who may appear to bo
sufiSraently reformed, where they will have
the benefit of good example, wholesome in
