We have received Ma Address on the rise
and progress of c colored nationality, by emi
gration to the Republic of Hayti, delivered in
the African Wesleyan hl. E. Zoe Malden
Church, in Allegheny city. on the evening of
the 80th of September, 1861, by Joseph Enoch
of ,Pori-au-Prince, Hayu,lorenerly
Agent of the Naytian Bursae of Emigration
for the State of Indiana. We can heartily
cemented the project which • this :Address is
designed to promote. ,If any of car readers
is nor clready-inlormed on the subject of Ray
tin emigration, and the efforts which Jame.
