by the wisdom of oar forefathers. That liberty
established by their liters. That independence
sealed and sanctioned by their lifablood, are
mebaced, not by the hostility of foreign enemies,
but by the reeking& ambition of domestic traitors
and limiting demagouges, who have loos putaken
of the blenings of oar free government, and en.

privileges. These unhallowed passion have
plunged oar beloved country into the horrors of a
civil war, and have in some measure exposed our

mittee of Pablic Safety has been organieed. Not
