I. The Western Division, from
Warren to K.rie, will be under the Mipertn
tendence of JAMES LEWIS, whose title will
be Superintendent of the Western Division.
His Office will be at Erie. Employees un this
Division will be umlef his charge, and will
make all communications respecting their
duties or the business of the road, to him,
except as otherwise provided in this Order.
II. The i:af ern ' Division, from
Sunbury to Whetham, will be umler the sup
erintendence of SAMUEL A. BLACK, whose
title will be Superintendent of ihe Eastern
Division. Employees on this Division will be
under his charge, and will make-all commu
nications respecting their dulies or Ihe busi
ness of ihe road, lo him, except as otherwise
provided in this Order.
