We are indebted to Henry A. Mish, the
proprietor of this celebrated nursery, for
a long catalogue of the fruit trees, plants,
shrubs, and ornamental trees, &a., which
are growing in bis nursery, among which
are apricots, apples pears, ana cuerrics,
darf tod Btan(iard) 0f Cerv, variety, and
a,s() vamS) grapes, raspberries
strawberries, aud all tbe small fruit aod
plants of every variety. The peaches in
the neighborhood of liarrisburg are said to
be the fiuest in tbe State. Mr. Mish pays
special attention to tbe culture of the
strawberry. Our railroads afford a favor
able opportunity of getting trees and
plants in a few hours from the nursery,
and this season of the year is very favor
able. ,

ducted, and was submitted on Saturday
morning to tbs Jary, which, at about 12

particularly gratifying to Mr. fc'ones and
bis family, as Mr. S. has heretofore sus
tained a high reputation for honesty.
When Court adjourned in tbe evening, the
Judge ordered the Jury that when a ver-
diet was agreed upon, they should nug ;
the belt. According, about 12 o'clock the ;
bell was rung and the Judge and Law- j

repaired to tbe Court Hou?c to hear the
verdict. The Judge ordered the Sheriff
to briog tbe prisoner, Warner, into Court.
