on March 26 on his' way home from
France.
The will, filed here, provides that
the residue of the estate shall go to
Major Roosevelt's widow, to be di
vided on her death equally between
his two sisters, Airs. Elfreda Clark,
of London, and Mrs. Katherine R.
Reeve, of Haverford, Pa.

Pittsburgh, Pa., April jl. The
Allegheny County Wholesale Liquor
License list for 1919, handed down
here yesterday, shows that 224 lic
enses were granted, ten less than In
1918, while 7 were refused and 9
withdrawn. No new licenses were
granted, the court stating that there
was "no necessity" for them.
