Three hours have been added to the time in which light wine and beer can be sold in the areu of the American Army of Occupation by an order issued by Major General Dick man. The hours are added by the extension of the selling hours in tho evening from se\ en o'clock to ten o'clock. Up to this time the hours have been from eleven o'clock in the morning till two o'clock in the af ternoon and from live to seven o'clock in the evening. The mid day hours remain unchanged.
