In no instance was a house to be found for less than $3O per month. Three-fifths of the houses available called for from $35 to $45 rent per month and the remaining two-ilfths for any where from $5O to $76 per month. A house in North Sixth street that would htve rented for $22 a year ago was to be had for and for one that could have been leased for $25 two years ago, $4O was asked. "Any houses for rent?" one of the most prominent real estate men in the city was asked to-day. "Not this year," he said, and then amended: "We have a couple for $75 up wards." , Miss Jean Cameron to Reopen Dressings Class The evening classes In surgical dressings, under the direction of Miss Jean Cameron, will be reopened on' Tuesday at the Fager schoolbuild ing, opposite the Public Library, the instructor announced to-day.
