The purchaser . shall pay to the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
through the office of the Superinten
dent of Public Grbunds and Buildings.

which said building and equipment
was awarded to them, as follows: A
cash payment of 25 per cent, shall be
made on day of sale and the balance
before entering upon the property to
remove the material purchased.
Demolition is to commence as soon
as possible after possession is given
