Dr. F. E. Downes, city superintendent of schools, will preside. Governor Martin B. Brumbaugh will be present and will address the meeting as the principal guest. Leslie Pinckney Hill, principal of the Cheyney Train ing School for Teachers, will discuss the present situation of the negro population with regard to prepared ness for military service.
