The bodv of a man found in the bay near Dynes, rcven months ago, with a chain and weight attached has been Identified by his widow as that of John Caffy, formerly a wealthv Penn sylvania contractor. Meeting with reverses he came here and deposited the remnants of his fortune, SB,OOO, through his lawyer, in a safety de posit vault.
