Dogcatcher Made to
Pay Costs When Given
Hearing on Cruelty Charge
The case of John Earnnhaw, 1010
Fox street, against William Green,
dogcatcher, was heard by Alderman
J. H. Shaner last night. Green was
charged with cruelty to animals. Mr.
Earnshaw claimed that the dog
catcher took his dog, which wore a
license, and beat him and broke his
leg. The dogcatcher was made to
pay tho costs.
