By Associated Press
New York, June 2. —Wall Street. —
Highly conflicting movements accom
panied to-day's trading, rails and
motors manifesting heaviness, while
coppers, oils and a few other war

3. Recessions of 1 to 3 points were
made by Union Pacific, Great North
ern, Louisville and Nashville. New
Haven, Delaware and Hudson and
most of the coalers.
The break in rails followed an
nouncement of a suspension of stor
age rates by the Interstate Com
merce Commission. General Motors
and Studebaker yielded 2 to 3 points.
United States Steel and Crucible Steel
fell 1 to 2, but Bethlehem Steel was
relatively strong, though forfeiting

THE EMPIRE TRUST COMPANY, XEW YORK CITY
HOLDINGS:
The Company has acquired very valuable oil and gas leases on
over 10,000 acres, including some pf the most advantageously
situated lands in the Big Muddy, Salt Creek, Cole Creek, Midway,
Grass Creek, etc., and other fields being actively developed in
Wyoming.
These lands comprise the best locations out of a vast acreage
examined by Mr. F. John Sur, a leading oil geologist and a
recognized authority on the Wyoming oil fields. The output of
wells now flowing on other properties in these fields, including
the holdings of Ohio Oil, Midwest Refining, Producers (Texas
Oil), etc., vary from hundreds to thousands of barrels per day.
WYOMING IS XOW THE CENTER OF ONE OF THE GREAT
EST OIL DEVELOPMENTS IN THE HISTORY OF THIS
COUNTRY.
The management of this Corporation is in the hands of practi
cal oil mert. Drilling operations have already been started, one
well on the Big Muddy being down 1.240 feet and additional wells
will be put down immediately. Production is expected within
thirty days. The drilling locations have been selected by Mr. Sur,
and the Company will always have the benefit of his services.
