Every Lot Is a Plot
-A Real Garden Plot
The smallest lot in Bellevue Park contains 5,000
sq. ft., while many of them have 25,000
and more sq. ft.
Jlr. J. Horace McFarland says: "There ure plen.ty of good
reasons why I like to live in Bellevue Park, particularly now
when potatoes cost more than oranges.
"For about the same price that a man would have to pay for
an ordinary 20 or 25-foot front lot, with a trifling little yard
shaded by gloomy board fences, it is possible to obtain at
Bellevue Park a lot large enough to grow a great part of the
vegetables required by an ordinary family."
