ICE IS MOVING

Ice that mar toil to move from the
Susquehanna yesterday will do no
heavy damage along the river. At some
places the Ice is piled to a height of,
30 feet, but it had bien softened l>v
the rains and warm weather prior to
the breakup. Ice lias broken on the
North but Is still holding at several
points along the West branch.
Tile heaviest damage reported this
I morning was the loss of several valu
able flats by the Harrlsburg t'oal and
•Sand Company. Some of their tints at
Verbeke street were crushed ly the
force of the ice. The official flat that
was used in Harrlsburg's flrst Klpona
I was broken in half.

by islands. The supports of the bath
