Dec. 30.—There will be no mummers' parade in Millersburg on New Year's Day. At a meeting of the mummers' parade committee on Tues day evening, there seems to have been a difference of opinion as to whether to have the pageant Saturday. Decem ber 30, or Monday, January 1. As some of the factories have already resumed work with only a few days' shutdown over Christmas, and do not intend ob serving January 1 as a holiday, there fore, not on account of a lack of funds, but on aciount of a lack of time.
