Ky., Nov. 16.—Henry i Hipshire paid S2O in county court to day for his lack of constraint while Pastor Bottom was working up to his peroration in the course of a sermon at the old Union Church, Loradole, two weeks ago. As the congregation hung spellbound on the words of the minis ter, the jury was told, Hipshire wear ily abandoned himsel fto an abysmal yawn. , It wasn't yawn in the narrow defi nition. the jury was told. I£ was more .a cross between a sigh, a groan and a yawn. There was such a tinge of dis taste and aggressiveness in it, it was said, that Hipshire was both ejected and arrested. "Disturbing public wor ship" was the charge filed in the county court on which the jury re turned a verdict of guilty.
