Rise to a Man For Villa

standing the sufferings of peons In the
district in which Villa Is now operat
ing, they would rise to a man In Villa's
behalf if the American punitive ex
pedition wero to attempt to move south
of its present base, according to the
report made to his superiors to-day
by a Mexican protestant missionary
who has Just returned from a visit to
Central Mexico.

549.711.29 for unjust discrimination by
the Pennsylvania Railroad Company
In the distribution of its coal cars'were
awarded the Bulah Coal Company by
a Jury before Judge Dickinson in the
United States District Court here to
day.
The award is $15,472 less than the
amount allowed the coal company, in
cluding interest, by the Interstate
Commerce Commission, and $25,841
less than the total amount claimed by
the coal company, including interest
from June 28. 1907.
