A. has re ceived circulars from the American Humane Society in reference to the United States Army horse relief work which is being developed by this or ganization with approval of the War Department. It will be known as the American Red Star Animal Relief. It will do for sick and injured horses what the American Red Cross is doing for the soldiers. Field hospitals will be erected when needed on sites selected by the mili tary authorities. Veterinary supplies, blankets, horse ambulances, feed cut ters, etc., will be made available. There will also be recruited a large force of experienced horsemen and veterlnaries. MINE MUCH TTTXGSTEN By Associated Press Washington, July 28.
