Soldier Wounded Six limes
in War Dies at Wrightsville

liam H. Ziegler, one of the oldest and
most prominent residents of this sec
tion. died from infirmities ol' age, in
FRIDAY EVENING. HAKRISBURG TELEGRAPH APRIL 7, 1916
his 76th year. He was a descendant
of the original Ziegler family, one of
the pioneers of the town. During the
Civil War he served with distinction,
and was awarded a medal of honor
from his general for meritorious serv
ices in leading an assault on Fort
Wagner, lie served in the National
Guard of Pennsylvania for thirteen
years after the close of the war.

and E. S. Ernst. Earl Eichelberger,
