the City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
on Tuesday, the 18th day of April, A. D.
1916, at 10 o'clock A. M„ the following
piece or parcel of land, situate in the
City of Harrisburg aforesaid and known
as 319 Maclay Street, containing a
three-story brick dwelling house, which
was formerly the residence of the de
cedent. The terms of sale: Ten per
cent, of the purchase price to be paid
when the property Is struck down to
the buyer, and the balance to be paid
on delivery of the deed after the sale
has been confirmed by the Court.

ened with a spirited demand for some
of the better known rails before the
end of the first hour. Reading. St.
Paul common and preferred. New
Haven. Louisville and Nashville and
Chesapeake and Ohio were advanced X
to 2 points, while some of the special
ties fell back moderately. Crucible los
ing more ground than others of its
class.
Industrials were not perceptibly in
fluenced by the rather plain intima
tion that a substantial advance in
prices of rails is contemplated. Ma
rines and Mexicans also receded, main
ly on realizing for profit. At mid-day
the market was dull and irregular.
