on the Death of John Grimes—
Whereas. Our Heavenly Father has
called to his eternal reward our co

Whereas, It is but fitting and proper
for us, as a Borough Council, to ex
press our bereavement, regard and love,
for the departed; therefore, be It
Resolved, That we, the members of
the Borough Couhcil, though deeply
sorrowing over the removal of him,
who had been In our midst for some
time, we bow in humble submission to
the will of Him, who niaketh all things
work together for good to them that
love God, and that while in this deep
affliction at the loss which we have
sustained, we recognize that "The depth
of the riches, both of the wisdom and
knowledge of God," Is "Unsearchable,
and His Judgment, and His ways past
finding out."
Resolved, That we are grateful to
our Heavenly Father for the clearness
of mind, and the uncompromising spirit
of justice with which he had been en

Resolved, That we will ever cherish
his child-like faith, his unity of heart,
his faithfulness to duty, and his beauti

Resolved, That we express to Ills
sorely bereaved family our most heart
felt sympathy, In this, their time of
sorrow, and commend them to Him. who

who trust Him.
