Lawyers for Will Orpet. the University of Wiscon sin student, held at Waukegan since the death of Marian Lambert, will set. up as one of the mainstays of the de fense the allegation that the girl knew two weeks before she died of poison in the woods at the edge of For est tlint she was not in a condition that threatened disgrace. This announcement threatens to change the entire aspect of the legal battle upon which hangs the fate of the young collegian.
