Baldwin Loco motive rose 3 to 116 and Studebaker, Crucible Steel, Texas Company and Mexican Petroleum were higher by I to 3 points. United States Steel, Anaconda and other speculative fav orites improvod, Initial dealings in Steel comprising individual lots of 1000 and 2500 shares.
