Camp Hill Methodist Episcopal Church Has Splendid New- Social Center The dedicatory services of the new Fellowship F.uildlng of the Camp Hill Methodist Episcopal church will be held to-morrow morning and evening. The Rev. J. H. Price. D. D.. of Car lisle, will preach in the morning at 11 o'clock. Special music will be rendered by the choir and a sale will be given by Mrs. R. E. Cahill. In the afternoon at 2:30 Dr. Price will address a men's meeting. A number of men from Leinoyne are ex pected to be present. At 6:45 an in teresting young people's meeting will he held by the Epworth League. Miss Katharine Wolfe will lead, and Mr. Shatto will sing. At 7:30 the Rev. J. V. Adams of New Cumberland will preach and Miss Henrietta Adams will sing. During the day the pastor will be assisted in the services bv the Rev. George E. King, the Rev. \V. W. Reese and the Rev. D. H. Leader. lsriok Structure The new edition, which lias been erected by Elmer J. Stuckey, is a brick structure, built at the rear of the church and opens into the building by folding doors. It will be used for all social purposes of the church, and will be used for the primary depart ment of the Sunday school. On the same floor and in the base ment are sanitary toilets. A modern kitchen fully equipped has been added for the use of the societies of the church. A little over a year ago the church was remodeled, new pews, carpets, lights and chairs installed, and the walls and ceiling decorated. With the new edition it is now quite ti model of beauty and usefulness. During the past year the Sunday school lias almost doubled its enroll ment and the membership has greatly increased. UNION IN T Dauphin County Ende&vorers are boosting the work of the State conven tion to be held in this city in July. It has 112 C. K. societies including the societies in Harrisburg and is the third largest union in the State. Many workers in various parts of the comity are anticipating a great convention and will do their share in making the session a success. The Rev. 1". K. Moyer, president of the Dauphin County C. E. Union, is an advisory member of the general convention committee. He has been a successful pastor of the St. Peter's Lutheran church at Ilighsplre during the past two years. Phillips, an active and in- Jluential member of Bethlehem Luth eran Church, has been elected to mem bership on the Board of Inner Missions of the General Synod of the Evangeli cal Lutheran Church in the United States of America. The headquarters of this Board are in New York City. Its personnel is made up of five promi nent clergymen and four able laymen from different parts of this country. Its aim is to bring the entire laity of the church to the Samaritan attitude of vital and sympathetic helpfulness to a needy world and, as circumstances require, establish and maintain insti tutions of mercy.
