Dozen New Bungalows
Planned For Riverside
by Moeslein and Neioer
Indications point to an unusually
big boost in building operations during
the coming Spring, according to Ed
ward Moeslein. treasurer of the new
Harrisburg Heal Estate Roard.
"The building program for 1315 is
now occupying the immediate atten
tion of builders and contractors as a
rule, but some of them are talking
plans in a genernl way for next, year,"
said Mr. Moeslein. "Just how exten
sile the operations will he it is im
possible to say at present, but when
I've asked this contractor and that
builder what he proposes to do next j
year, his answer invariably is that he!
plans to branch more extensively than I
ever before." he added.
Mr. Moeslein and M. Neiffer
are nlaning to build ten or a dozen !
modern little bungalows in Riverside
during 1916. These houses will be
worth from Sn.-100 to $4,000 and will j
face in Susquehanna street, in the!
heart of Riverside. Plans are now be- '
ing prepared with a view to starting
operations early in the Spring.
