Westinghouse again looming into prominence. That stock opened with 6,000 shares at 133% to 134, against yesterday's final price of 132%, later advancing to 185%. General Motors, which recently disbursed a 50 per cent, dividend, rose 10 to 850 and a mis cellaneous group of specialties showed gains of 1 to 3 points. United States Steel made further fractional improve ment at the outset but reacted. Similar tendencies were manifested by other industrials.
