Similar festooning of the river wall from Maclay street to Market by stringing lights between the standards has been discussed, but no definite action In this respect has been decided upon. Electric Company to Light Floats Many of the floats that will be moored to the steps will he lighted by electricity and the current for this purpose is being supplied gratuitously by the Harrlsburg Light* and Power Company. These floats will include the merchants' displays that will help to make the Susquehanna water front more than ordinarily interesting on carnival night.
