the former governor called attention
to the necessity of conservation of wa
ter resources »o that the State might
some day be In a position to utilize
the water power as well aa to have an
adequate supply of water. The pre

nion, and has so far advanced that it
can be followed out without trouble.
The matter has been brought to

officers are being warmly compli

murderer. He was tracked by a detail
