ginning at a point on the southern
side of Noithway Street at intersection
of property ot Frederick Mathias and
another; thence norlh 37 degrees 30
minutes east 200 feet to a point; thence
south 52 degrees 30 minutes east 256
feet to a po«nt; thence south 47 de
grees 30 minutes west 203 feet along
west side of Caral to a point; thence

which are erected the necessary build
ings. machinery, equipment and ap

patent is recorded in the Recorder's
Office of Northumberland County, Penn
sylvania, in Charter Book 3, page 425,

leading from the borough of Sunbury
to the borough lino of the Borough of
Northumberland at the northwest end
of the county bridge leading from the
Borough of Northumberland to Pack
er's Island.
UPON THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
Said premises and property shall be
sold as an entirety, free, clear and di
vested of all claims, liens and demands,
and all equity of redemption.
Th« Trustee shall receive no bid from
any one offer ng to bid for the premises
above described, who shall not first de
posit with the Trustee as a pledge that
no will make good his b'd in case of
its acceptance, tho sum of SI,OOO in
cash or by certified check acceptable to
the Trustee, or $3,000 par value of the
bonds secured by the mortgage of the
Northumberland Gas Co. to the Security
Trust Co., of Harrlsburg. Trustee. The
deposit so received from the success
ful bidder shall be applied on account
of the purchase price.
Upon the acceptance of any bid for
said property the purchaser shall forth
with deposit with tiie Trustee in cash
or by certified check satisfactory to
the Trustee tho sum of $2,500. less any
amount In cash which may have been
previously deposited by the successful
bidder as a pledgo that he would make
good his bid. The balance of the pur
chase price may be paid either in cash
or by presenting and surrendering the
First Mortgage Bonds secured by the
Mortgage given by the Northumberland
Gas Co. to the Security Trust Co. of
Ilarrlsbur.T. and the overdue and un
paid coupons pertaining thereto, as
particularly directed under the decree
of sale.

to be sold and the terms of the sale,

within the City of Harrisburg.
i Section 1. Be it ordained by the
, Council of the City of Harrisburg. and
it is hereby ordained by authority of
1 the same. That there is hereby created
and established a zone of quiet in all
: territory embraced within a distance
of two hundred and fifty (250) feet of
every hospital in the City of Ilarrls
: burg.
Section 1. It shall be the duty of
the Superintendent of Streets and Pub- !
, lie Improvements to place, or cause to j
, be placed, in some conspicuous place,
011 every street or streets on which any
, hospital may be situated, at a distance 1
of not less than two hundred and fifty !
i 2.*io) feet in either direction from such
hospltill. a sign or placard displaying
the words "Notice—Zone of Quiet."
Section 3. The making, causing or
permitting to lie made any unneces
, I sary noise or the playing of itinerant
musicians upon the public streets or
alleys within any such zone of quiet

, turb tile peace and quiet of any of the
inmates of any hospital is hereby de
clared to be a nuisance.
Section 4. Any person violating any
