Pa., Jan. 13.—Ralph Men singer, aged ltj, one of the eight boys arrested last night on the charge of burglarizing the Oneida store and schoolhouse, confessed early to-day that he was implicated with George Van Hlargen, also of Oneida, in the attempted dynamiting and robbing of the Valley Coal Company pay train on October 14.
