Special to The 'telegraph Lebanon, Nov. 11.—Local militia men were highly elated to-day with tha announcement that the deed for the new armory site for Company H Fourth Regiment, N. G. P., has been filed at courthouse for record. This desposes of all objections to the site and it is hoped that bids for the election of the build ing can be taken within a few weeks. The site is at Third and Chestnut streets, a beautiful residence district and $30,000 will be available for tha building as Lebanon citizens pur chased the ground at a cost of $5,000.
