In which he lived, In Philadelphia ave
nue, Thursday morning, an account of
which was publlshel in the Telegraph.
He was taken to Jail, Saturday after
noon by Constable George Byers. The
arrest of Grath followed a statement
made to Chief of Police Staley and to
Joseph Donnelly, of the State Fire Mar
shal's Department, at Harrisburg, who
is here working on the case. Aside rom
the attempt to fire the house all the
clothing eblonging to Mrs. Grath had
been stolen.

John C. Nissley, who represents the
farmers, declared that the objection
raised against the proposed action was
based on the fact that the Hershey
Trust Company was named as surety
and that the officers of one company
also served on the board of directors
of the other. Mr. Nissley smilingly
refererd to the fact that "interlocking
directorates" seemed to exist In this
case.
