Deputy Hummel in Accident. Deputy Prothonotary Elmer Hummel aroused the sympathy of the attaches and attorneys when he appeared with a much-bandaged head. Mr. Hummel said he was thrown from an automobile on the Chambers Hill road when the chauffeur tried a sharp turn and the steering gear failed to operate properly. By a formal decree issued to-day by the Dauphin County Court upon applica tion of W. M. Jacobs, attorney, the Tyrone Iron Company was dissolved. The company, according to the affi davit of James Boyd, its president, has settled all its obligations. For months the plant has not been oper ating. Wants Grant Jury Return Set Aside. —Upon petition of Maurice Metzger, counsel for Frank Barbush, the Dau phin County Court this morning granted a rule upon the District At torney and upon the County Solicitor to show cauci why the grand jury in the malicious mischief suit of Frank Barbush against Charles Green should not be set aside. Barbush declared that he did not mean to have Green arrested on a criminal charge, but in tended to bring an action in common pleas court to recover in trespass the damage done his property by Green, a tenant, while the latter had pos session of the house. Barbush said he is an Italian, is not familiar with the criminal procedure and believed that he was bringing a civil action before Squlro William J.
