Lehigh Valley Was Weakest of High Priced Shares in Mar
ket; Bonds Are Steady

was met by some liquidation which
speedily resulted in material shading
of prices. Lehigh Valley was weakest
of the highest priced shares, losing al
most two points In connection with
rumors of another Government inquiry

gotiations for the pacification of Mex
ico. Breceda, with Luis Cabrera and
Rafael Zub&ran, went into conference
with F. R. Villaircenclo, another rep
resentative of the first Constitutional
ist chief. i
Breceda, while declining to make
any statement, declared some definite
announcement as to the purposes of
General Carranza might be expected
within a short time.
The Constitutionalist agency still
was awaiting telegraphic message from
Carranza, at Monterey, and the arrival
of Fernando Calderon, en route to
Washington from New Orleans.
