Young Men Rescued From Drowning in Susquehanna Special to The Telegraph Millersburg, Pa., April 20.—Sunday afternoon Lloyd Measner and John A. Snyder, Millersburg young men, went sailing on the Susquehanna river in an Indian canoe. The river jvas rough at the time owing to high winds, and when near the upper tails the boys tried to turn their cral't for the return trip to Millersburg. In so doing the boat was immediately capsized. The boys clung to the upturned boat. Sny ider was at a disadvantage, as he could I not swim. Robert Butler and Ray Sechrist, in another sail boat, went to I their assistance and towed them to I San Domingo Island, the boys hang ing on to the side of the Butler boat, which they could not board on ac count of the high waves and fearing a. second upset.
