The vigorous buying of the preceding sessions was lacking to-day and the market was susceptible to pressure. Although prices held well for a time, bullish trailers did not venture to take the in itiative and the market fell slightly. Stocks, which recently have been vul nerable, such as Lehigh, New Haven and Steel, again reflected professional selling, the effect of which was increas ed by realizing sales. Weakness again developed In some of the low-priced stocks. I Rumely Common, at 9, and Preferred, at 25%, made new low lecords. Cen tral Leather lost part of its recent gain.
