Storm in Berks County
| By Associated Press
I Reading, Pa., March 2. —Conditions
growing out of the fierce blizzard
which tied up Reading and vicinity
i during last night had not much im
proved this morning. The fifty-mile
gale which had swept through the
city and county accompanied by a
blinding snow left only a few cars
were left running.
On the steam roads some were late
and others stalled. Between Reading
and Pottsvllle several trains are
stalled. The Perkiomen and Schuyl
kill and Lehigh branches of the Read
ing were closed V v drifts. On the
Lebanon Valley . .inch between this
city and Harrlsburg trains were snow
bound during the night but a few
came through this forenoon. As the
day advanced conditions improved.
